  • What does "Pre-Order" mean? When will this item ship out?"
    "Pre-Order" means that the products are available to purchase, however, they won't be shipped to you until we receive inventory. Updates on the timeline for shipping are listed at the bottom of each product on the product page. If an item you are interested in is listed as "Pre-Order", we recommend that you purchase it now to secure that item. Once we receive the inventory, we will ship out your order right away (and notify you via email)!
  • How can I sign up for emails?
    Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to get updates on products and promotions! You can also follow us on Facebook and Instagram for additional information.
  • To which countries do you ship?
    We currently ship to USA and Canada. If you want to be able to buy the book from your country, reach out to us via the contact us form. We will try our best to accomodate international shipping.
  • Is shipping free?
    Shipping is free anywhere in the USA and is 9.99$ flat fee for Canada
  • How long does it take to ship from the day I order?
    Your order will be processed after your payment is authorized and verified. To limit contact during the pandemic, we currently ship twice a week. Normal delivery time estimates: US: 4 to 8 business days NOTE: These delivery timeframes are only an estimate and your order may be further delayed due to the additional restrictions (due to COVID-19).
  • Do you offer expedited shipping
    We do not currently offer expedited shipping. If you want this feature to be available, reach out to us via the contact us form.
  • How does local pickup work?
    Local pickup is available to Bay Area, California. The pickup will be from Fremont. Exact details will be provided to you in the confirmation email. We request that you pickup the order within 2 - 3 business days. If you would like to pick up at a specific time and date, please mention that in the additional comments section on the checkout page.
  • Do you offer cancellations, exchanges and returns?"
    You may cancel your order before it is shipped. However, once the package has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please email us right away if you placed an order and would like to cancel it. You may return your order within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays for the shipping lable. Please reach out to us to initiate a return. If you are unhappy with a purchase or have any issues with the products, please reach out to us via the contact us form and we will try our best to resolve it.
  • My package is not what I ordered or my package arrived damaged, what do I do?"
    We package our products with utmost care, however if they do arrive damaged, please email us at and we will get back to you at the earliest. If you received the incorrect product, please email us and we will work with you to resolve the issue right away!
  • I havent received my package yet, what do I do?"
    We are not responsible for incomplete deliveries that have occurred due to the following: - Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after the package has been shipped by us. - Wrong shipping address provided by the customer. - Incorrect contact information (phone/email address) provided by customer for customs, in order to clear packages. - Refusal to pay customs, fees, and/or duties by the customer. For any other issues, please email at with details about your order, and we will do our best to work with you to provide you with a replacement.
